Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or consumable items for health and safety reasons.
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
